BACKGROUND:
Ms. Simons has extensive experience working with customers to find solutions to their energy needs. She has worked in the the demand response field, having provided solutions to customers on both the east coast and west coast of the United States. Clients have consisted of commercial and industrial building owners and several projects being with school districts and municipalities. Ms. Simons has collaborated with energy consultants and their customers on not only demand response programs, but on energy efficiency and incentives available to them.
Affiliate Development. For a load curtailment service provider, Ms. Simons marketed and developed channel partnerships with energy companies. Established relationships with electric utility representatives across New York State. Spearheaded corporate initiatives to expand services into new markets. Evaluated potential customer energy usage and needs, developing options and program solutions.
Program Evaluation. Provided utility DSM/load management program evaluation services. Managed and coordinated customer, program participant, and other stakeholder surveys. Program process evaluation. Development of best practices and process evaluation deliverables.
Relationship Developer. Experience building relationships with engineers, building owners and energy consultants and guiding them through the processes of new energy practices.
Marketing Support. Ms. Simons has worked in the public relations field have design marketing literature, organized outreach events, and maintained outreach and marketing database.
Commercial/Industrial Audits. Completed energy system analysis and reporting for over forty facility energy audits of commercial and industrial facilities.
